Introduction. Acromioclavicular joint has an important role in the shoulder function. Loss of function due to injury or disease affects biomechanics shoulder. The aim this study was evaluate results surgical treatment acromioclavicular injuries, identify risk groups within age groups, and indicate most common mechanisms injury. Material Methods. A retrospective included 20 patients with We analyzed from January 2017 2019. Patients were treated using Bosworth Phemister techniques.
